SPCLL has strong container depot network and services in China. 7 major points have been developed since establishment. We are keen to expand further our service network in Asia. Container Maintenance and Repairing Services
Container maintenance and repairing are the major services provided by Sun Power. We are experienced, qualified and well equipped in providing good quality container (dry / reefer) maintenance and repairing services to our valuable customers.
Our container maintenance and repair services include:
- Structural repairing for steel and aluminum standard dry and reefer units
- Supply of high quality repair materials
- Quality checking to repaired dry / reefer units
- Pre-cooling service
- Pre-trip inspection
- 24-hour on-call emergency service for reefer repair
Reefer (Body / Engine) Maintenance & Repairing Services
Our qualified and experienced reefer repairing team offers 24-hour on-call services for laden as well as empty reefer repairing and maintenance (both body and engine) in various major container terminals and outside depots in Hong Kong and PRC.
Services include:
- Temperature monitoring on active reefer units
- Supply of reefer spare parts and accessories
- Pre-cooling and Pre-trip inspection
- Plug on and Un-plugging
- Reefer checking on-board and at yard
- 24-hour on-call emergency telephone services for repairing
Waterfront Services
We also engage in the business of discharging and loading empty and laden containers by barge at our designated waterfront locations. This operation is designed to serve customers who need river pearl delta transshipment and empty reposition at a cost-effective and professional manner.
Container / Cargo Transportation
We have a strong network and connection to provide domestic container / cargo transportation, feeder and reposition services to major and remote areas.
Our transportation services are available for 24-hour a day, 7 days a week in most of our locations.
Machinery Equipment – Maintenance & Repairing Services
In addition to container repairing services, we have an experienced and qualified repairing team to provide 24-hour on-call service to repair and maintain machinery equipment as well as facilities for container handling. These machinery equipment and facilities include front-stackers, front-loaders / top-loaders, forklifts, as well as trucks.
Other relevant machinery equipment services include:
- Short- and long-term rental services for lifting machineries in China
- Technical support and training to the concerned parties using our machinery services
- Supply and sales of machinery spare parts and accessories
Container Trading – Parts & Accessories Supply
Sun Power is not only your partner for depot operation but also your trading partner to offer you all the convenience and satisfaction. Inspection / Survey
Efficient and fast container turn-around is our operation principle. We help our customers to shorten their container turn-around time and prevent long idle containers for unnecessary depreciation. We commit to provide FIFO arrangement subject to customer requirement.
Electronics Data Interchange (EDI)
In recent years, we have implemented the latest communication protocol. By using EDI, we manage to provide real time information to customers and therefore accuracy of information, as well as customer satisfaction is largely enhanced.
Container Freight Station & Warehousing
Container Freight Station (CFS) warehousing services such as: customized picking, packing, cargo stuffing, unloading of cargo from a shipping container and distribution services.
